Delete your account

Permanently remove your Haithamy account and personal data.

What happens when you delete

Your email, name, and username are anonymised immediately.
You are signed out and can no longer log in.
All your chat conversations, classroom progress, and bookmarks are permanently purged within 30 days.
If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled. No refund is issued unless required by local law.
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoices) are retained for the period required by law.
